Trinity Partners Office
Trinity Partners is a local Charlotte brokerage firm in Charlotte, NC that has seen steady growth over the past several years. They decided to co-develop an Uptown Charlotte parcel for a multi-story office building near the cultural center. To service many of their Uptown clients, Trinity decided to move their corporate headquarters to the newly constructed building.
One of their first goals was to attain LEED Silver Certification to demonstrate their dedication to conserving energy and the environment as well as to show their clients that building a sustainable workplace can benefit the occupants of the space in a number of different ways – from better indoor air quality to more natural light and climate comfort.
Trinity's office is a modern, yet warm interior. The warm brown icon wall with internally lit logo as a backdrop to the natural wood reception desk and bamboo wood floors is a welcoming first impression space. The adjacent conference room with modern glass wall and blue lit slotted display niche are more modern touches that accentuate Trinity's business model of being on the technical edge, but still rooted in traditional down-home, hand-shake business practices.
