Modern Chevrolet
This Modern Chevrolet is a new two story building on a 10+ acre site, that was built to facilitate a relocation for both the Chevrolet dealership and the corporate offices for the Modern Automotive Group.
The design of the building was responding to the historical background of the dealership and incorporating the car and truck sales into the showroom.
The front plaza was developed to create distinct areas to display the differing products (cars, trucks, SUV's and pre-owned).
The service department was designed around the ability for future expansion, and it had to accommodate for the typography of the site with a 4 foot step down at the outside pull in bays. In total, the building has 24 service bays, 2 wash bays and 2 drive through/quick lube bays. There are also 3 covered service write up lanes, which can accommodate 6 vehicles at nay one time.
