Coastal Nissan

Coastal Nissan is the 2nd building on a 2 building site in the coastal low country of Georgetown, South Carolina. Located on US Highway 17, it has great visibility and curb appeal along a heavily traveled coastal thoroughfare. Local ordinances called for coastal vernacular architectural features, while Nissan was calling for its own sleek, modern brand image. Redline Design Group worked hand-in-hand with local zoning officials as well as regional Nissan representatives to find a mutually agreeable compromise in the building's exterior facades. The end result is a striking mix of old and new with bold lines and pitched roofs.
This 13,000 s.f. facility contains a multi-car showroom, interior service reception, parts department, covered vehicle delivery canopy and a 5 bay service department. Sited next to Coastal Chevrolet, its sister building built in 2000, the two facilities are great additions to the Coastal 17 commercial corridor and raise the bar for auto dealers in the region.
