Toyota of Concord

This new state-of-the-art facility is one of the first Toyota Image Program facilities in the country. This facility houses Toyota's hip new urban SCION Program, thus having virtually a showroom within a showroom. Multi-branded products under one roof is a relatively new concept in the Automotive Retail Industry and the manufacturers are looking to firms like Redline to help develop the prototypes and test new ideas.

Relocated to the bustling new Speedway Boulevard, this store has great curb appeal along with great presence and visibility to the thousands of local commuters and yearly influx of race fans that travel along this busy corridor. Location is everything and Redline helped initiate early site test fits for this and the adjacent Honda of Concord to develop a cohesive site plan that actually posititions the buildings close enough together to share a common outdoor sales plaza. This is a pioneering concept that promises to increase activity and competition on the site as an extension of the interior sales showrooms.

One of the key features of the new Toyota Image Program is a 28' tall glass, internally illuminated, translucent entry and signage portal. This is a one-of-a-kind element that no other retailer has attempted to construct before. With nearly 53,000 square feet, this facility is expected to produce BIG sales for Hendrick Automotive Group.
