The Scottish Bank

The Scottish Bank is one of Charlotte's oldest small banks. They have a core philosophy of staying small and creating life-time friendships with their customers. When it was time to relocate their only branch & HQ's, and create a new brand image, they contacted Redline. Redline was tasked with renovating an older multi-story office building with a customer entrance and new drive-through teller canopy. This challenge gave Redline a unique and special opportunity to display our problem-solving design skills and to create value out of utilizing an existing building. With minimal site disruption, Redline was able to work in a drive-thru teller canopy addition. On the interior, rich wood interiors, large open offices, and informal living room-like seating areas, allow this facility to emulate The Scottish Bank philosophy of putting the customer's comfort first. A unique mix of modern and traditional architecture, the interiors of this bank bridge across multiple generations of Scottish's customers, making them all feel equally at home.
