DOOSAN Infracore International is a top 10 global construction equipment manufacturer. With brands like Bobcat, DOOSAN is a high-profile company with high-profile sales clients. Their recent relocation of their regional corporate headquarters to Charlotte provided Redline with a chance to bid on this sought-after commission. This 25,000 sf up-fit would need to reflect DOOSAN's Fortune 500 image, yet pay keen attention to their Korean philosophies of under-stated simplicity. With simple, modern forms, floating plane ceilings, clean wood paneling, warm finishes and high-tech furniture systems, the finished design was an accurate reflection of their core philosophies of efficiency, cleanliness and elegant simplicity. Special attention was given to blend the interior design with the DOOSAN brand, creating seamless synergies throughout the space. This project had a 6 week time frame from first sketch to having a permit in hand. Redline met and exceeded both the aggressive time constraints and the strict cost/sf budget.
