Redline was selected to create a new vision and branding for the building, but with a very tight budget and accelerated schedule to reposition the building. The scope included ripping off the solid precast concrete base of the building and installing a 2 story glass wall system to open the building up and give it a much more modern look and street presence. The entire lobby was reconfigured, including removing an existing monumental staircase. New, high-end finishes were installed to blend with the existing marble, and a new undulating ceiling element was created. Common amenity areas were also added off the lobby. Modifications to spec suites on other floors were included to drive leasing. The end result is a dramatic transformation of a tired and neglected building to one of the sleekest facades and lobbies in Uptown.
