Project Architect - 01/03/12

Career Level: Intern Level 2 thru Architect
Education Level: 5 Year Bachelor Degree or 4 year associate’s degree with Masters

Relevant Work Experience: Candidates must have 2-4 years in medium sized commercial project experience. Professional Registration is not required.

Qualifications: Fluent knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Revit and a general knowledge of Photoshop. Skills in hand-drawing and color rendering are also preferred but not required.

Major Duties: Roles to be performed in this position will include all phases of project design and management, performed under a project manager. The candidate will be working in conjunction with other staff, including interior designers and furniture specialists. The candidate will also be working with consulting engineers and clients to orchestrate the project. Client interaction will be frequent, requiring good verbal & written communication skills.
