Located in the heart of the Research Triangle Park, 5200 West was built in 2001 as a 2-story speculative office building. Formerly a Full Tenant building for an IT company, the upcoming vacancy of the property prompted the owner to explore options to re-align the building with the market. Scope included new Multi-tenant improvements to make the building divisible into smaller tenant suites, renovation of central Atrium, restrooms and new exterior tenant spaces.
