After assisting NASCAR with several renovations to their existing headquarter office and studios in Charlotte, Redline was engaged to design a new state-of-the-art building for NASCAR Productions that would ultimately bring several media teams under one roof. The new ground-up facility includes expansive film studios, editing rooms and other technical spaces for NASCAR’s television broadcast operations, as well as audio studios and technical spaces for their radio operations. While the production studio accounts for half the building, the other half is upfit with an agile office environment that includes a mixture of branded collaboration zones, amenities and variety of workspaces.
